Design and export height maps and normal maps from layered hand written expressions. Use the outputs directly in your game, or use them indirectly as brushes and stamps for paint and 3D sculpting applications.
Preview
Watch the result of the expression update in real time in the preview window. This makes it easy to adjust the expression in ways you couldn't with just a text editor.
Material
Several materials are built in to help visualize the height and strength of your height maps. There's: metal, plastic, satin, environment, analyze, and output (height map or normal map).
Environment
There are also the environment options: panorama and solid.
Animation
There are animation options that will let you animate: U, V, and Dissolve. Animating U and V helps for testing tiling, and Dissolve helps for testing transition maps.

Soloing
Expression layers may be soloed in order to visually design one layer independently from another.
